When you create an account or make a reservation we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the booking details you give us (dates, pickup location, vehicle chosen). If you sign a rental contract, we also store your signature image against that contract.
2. How we use it
We use your details to manage your account, process reservations, send booking confirmations and reminders, prepare rental contracts and invoices, and — where you haven't opted out — let you know about offers and seasonal discounts.
3. Who can see it
Your details are visible to our staff for the purpose of managing your booking. We don't sell your information to third parties.
4. How long we keep it
We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and legal obligations.
5. Your choices
You can update your details, change your preferred language, and choose how you receive invoices from your account at any time. You can ask us to close your account and remove your personal details, subject to any records we're required to keep by law.
6. Marketing emails
Occasional offers and seasonal promotions are sent by email. Every marketing email includes a way to stop receiving them.
