1. Using this site
By creating an account or making a reservation with DriveHub Rentals, you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to hold a valid driving licence in your country to rent a vehicle.
2. Reservations
A reservation made on this site is a request to hire a vehicle for the dates shown. It becomes a confirmed booking once our team confirms it, and a binding rental agreement once the rental contract is signed at collection.
3. Pricing
Daily rates are shown in advance and any discount codes are applied automatically at checkout. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before a reservation is confirmed.
4. Vehicle condition & use
Vehicles are provided in a roadworthy condition and must be returned in the same condition, fair wear and tear excepted. The renter is responsible for fines, tolls, and any damage caused during the rental period.
5. Cancellations
Reservations that haven't yet been confirmed can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Confirmed bookings should be cancelled with as much notice as possible by contacting us directly.
6. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Let us know immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
